is organizing a public auction (open outcry, ascending bids) for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the office of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county. In case of unsold assets, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.
To view the assets, the judicial liquidator will organize a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00 and 14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to attend, prior to the set date.
In case of a successful bid, the judicial liquidator will issue an invoice for the value of the adjudicated asset(s). Conversion to Romanian Lei (RON) will be made at the exchange rate set by BNR (National Bank of Romania) on the invoice issuance date.
The bidding step is 5% of the starting price.
The bidding packet (terms and conditions), required for auction participation, will be prepared by the liquidator according to standard practice, will contain the auction participation regulations, and will be valorized by the insolvency practitioner at a price of 500 lei + VAT for assets up to 5,000 euros, or 1,000 lei + VAT for assets over 5,000 euros. This packet can be acquired at the liquidator’s office or by phone, and will be sent to the participant via e-mail.
The auction participation guarantee is 10% of the starting price. This, together with the auction registration documents, must be submitted at the liquidator’s office at least 24 hours prior to the auction date. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the purchase price for winning participants; it will be refunded to unsuccessful participants.
In the event of identical offers, the winning bidder will be the one committing to pay the full price in the shortest time.
The deadline for payment of the price is 5 business days from award. If the winning bidder fails to pay the remainder, the advance paid as a guarantee will be forfeited and the bidder will be barred from future auctions.
