The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County, VAT no. RO27987796, registration no. 2A0522, through insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian, acting as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. - in bankruptcy, headquartered in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Cluj Trade Register under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed by Civil Ruling no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 issued by the Cluj Specialized Court in file no. 442/1285/2025,

organizes a public auction with ascending bids, for the sale of the asset(s) identified in this notice.
The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. office in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. In case the asset is not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset viewings, the judicial liquidator will organize a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00-12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at 0763 478 619 and to express their intention to participate prior to the set date.

During the organization of the public auction sessions, the judicial liquidator will arrange additional viewing dates, which will be communicated to interested parties.

In case of award, the judicial liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the value of the awarded assets. The conversion of the selling price into RON will be carried out on the date of the invoice issuance, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania for that date.
The auction increment is 5% of the starting price.

The terms and conditions file for auction participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with standard industry practices; it will contain the auction participation regulations and will be distributed by the insolvency practitioner at a price of 500 lei + VAT for assets up to 5,000 euros, and 1,000 lei + VAT for assets exceeding 5,000 euros. This file can be acquired at the liquidator's office or by phone, in which case it will be sent to the participant by email.

The participation guarantee is 10% of the starting price. This, together with the registration documentation, must be submitted at the judicial liquidator's office at least 24 hours prior to the auction. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the asset(s) for which the participant is declared the winning bidder and will be returned to those who were not successful.

In the event of equal bids, the successful bidder will be the one who commits to paying the full price in the shortest term.

The payment deadline for the awarded price is 5 working days from the awarding moment. If the remaining balance is not paid, the winning bidder will forfeit the guarantee deposited and will not be allowed to participate in future auctions.
