Brogli MH 100 C

This process plant is designed for the production of creams, ointments, gels, pastes, lotions, suppository masses, etc. with a working volume of 100 liters. The total volume with the vessel closed is 123 liters, and the minimum fill volume is 35 liters.

The plant consists of a completely enclosed stainless steel vessel with an electric/water heating and cooling double jacket, and a vessel lid fitted with integrated mixing units and drives. The mixing vessel is mounted on three castors for mobility and can be pulled out for filling or cleaning.

The lid is mounted on a lifting column for hydraulic raising and lowering to facilitate cleaning and emptying. It is equipped with an observation window and two filling ports with valves, which can also be used to add other product components. In addition, there is an adjustment device for setting the grinding gap of the toothed colloid mill.
