Technical data for feed hopper with hydraulic moving floor and bag opener for recyclable materials from yellow bags, commercial waste, and residual waste:

Condition of the Machine:
The feed hopper with bag opener was operated in a large recycling facility, where recyclables from yellow bags or commercial waste were tipped into the hopper using wheel loaders. The bags were opened by the bag opener and the recyclables were conveyed to a sorting plant, or commercial waste was metered for further processing. The system functioned flawlessly until it was dismantled and was replaced with a larger unit with higher throughput. The machine was dismantled into individual parts in our workshop, partially overhauled, reassembled, and tested during operation.
The following overhaul work was performed and parts replaced:
Fodpfeyizxrox Abhjpc
- Disassembly of the feed hopper and bag opener into individual components. Cleaning, partial sandblasting, priming, and painting of steel components.
- Various wear and protective plates were fabricated and installed new.
- The worn ends (approx. 40 cbm) of the moving floor tubes were cut off. New tubes were welded on and the surfaces were smoothed.
- Complete renewal of the sliding plastic plates for the hydraulic moving floor.
- Removal of the hydraulic power unit from the moving floor, draining the hydraulic oil tank, replacing the oil filters, and refilling with new hydraulic oil.
- Replacement of all three hydraulic manifolds, all valves, the oil sight glass, and all hydraulic hoses from the power unit.
- The seal kits and hydraulic hoses on all three hydraulic cylinders of the moving floor were replaced.
- All six limit switches (proximity sensors) on the moving floor were replaced.
- The conveyor chains on both sides of the scraper conveyor were replaced.
- Seven driver strips of the scraper conveyor were replaced.
- The drive motor for the bag opener's cutting shafts was replaced.
- All nine pneumatic cylinders for the pressure pipes were replaced. All pneumatic lines and fittings were renewed.
- The entire sliding plastic plates for the hydraulic movement of the bag opener were replaced. The bag opener can be moved in depth, so the system can be used for commercial or residual waste without the bag opener when required.
- Both side collision protection plates were replaced.
- Various wear parts of the bag opener were replaced.
- The entire installation was rewired electrically and reconnected.
- The plant control system in the control cabinet was retrofitted by BRT Hartner to autonomous individual control and the standard program was reloaded into the control system.
- The unit was commissioned and tested by BRT Hartner; see functional video.
