The CapSnap Adapta Series is a modular, integrated system for bottle washing, filling, and capping. It is the ideal solution for medium-sized HOD (Home & Office Delivery) water bottling operations. Designed for versatility, these machines can be configured for 3-gallon and 5-gallon bottles. This complete system efficiently handles 300–600 BPH (bottles per hour).

Required utilities: Compressed air 6 bar, electric power 40 kW, rinse water supply 2 bar, filling water supply
Line configuration:
- Semi-automatic cap remover: This device is used to remove caps from bottles.
- Infeed conveyor: Bottles are manually placed onto this conveyor.
- Pre-rinse with cold water by spray nozzles: This is the first wash stage using cold water.
- Wash with warm water and detergent by spray nozzles: This is the second wash stage, using warm water at 50 °C with detergent.
- Rinse with cold water and disinfectant by spray nozzles: This is the final wash stage, using cold water and disinfectant.
- Filler outfeed conveyor: Bottles are filled here, two at a time.
- UV filter: The water is passed through a UV filter integrated into the bottle water inlet.
- Transport of filled bottles to the capper: Bottles are conveyed from the filler to the capper.
- Cap disinfection by application of disinfectant onto the bottle neck: Caps are disinfected and prepared for application.
- Capping cylinder: The cap is applied to the bottle here.
- Outfeed conveyor: From here, bottles are manually loaded onto pallets.
Every part of this system plays a specific role in the bottle filling process, and together they form a fully functioning, used complete water filling line.
