FOR SALE: Highly efficient palletizer by CHRONOS RICHARDSON, model 14800, year of manufacture 2012.

The electrical control cabinet was upgraded in 2021, during which the inverters (YASKAWA brand) were replaced with new units, and the control software was updated. Control system: SIEMENS S7 PLC CPU.

Documentation and equipment:
Complete set of documents, including electrical diagrams, CE certificate of conformity, as well as source files for the control software with a backup copy of the control program.

Condition and service:
The machine is currently in continuous operation and will be available for dismantling at the end of November. During this time, inspections and on-site operational checks are possible. The equipment is regularly serviced and maintained in excellent technical condition.

Performance parameters:
Capable of packing approximately 1,000–1,200 bags per hour, depending on palletizing pattern, bag size, number of bags per layer, etc.

We can also organize transport and/or connect and reprogram the software via our technician to adapt the palletizer to the customer’s specific requirements (extra charge applies).
