1. Image Processing System
Equipped with hardware and software enabling the detection of various defects according to sorting requirements: typically by color, or with basic settings also by light/dark differentiation, as well as by shape and size. Up to 16 sorting criteria are possible in total. Sorting programs and individual selection filters can be saved.

2. Ejection Unit, incl. 6 solenoid valves with 9 outlets each for the ejection of rejects

3. Mechanical construction comprising:
• Stainless steel or coated aluminum parts for all product-contact components;
• Chute with dual-sided operability
• Frame made of painted steel, coated with food-grade paint for all non-product-contact parts

The color sorter is currently equipped for operation with one chute. The current frame allows expansion to three chutes.
