Deskripsi

Refurbished high-quality flatbed die-cutting machine from Italy, equipped with Spiess feeder, steel insertion plate with lateral adjustment, left and right pull lays (Spiess), double sheet detection, moving upper platen (WUPA system or Kama) with central pressure adjustment as on KAMA, but with the conventional intermittent gripper bar feed system with closing top grippers. In other words: the sheet moves in an almost straight path through the machine; therefore, this machine is particularly suitable for lighter paper and board types and is an excellent intermediate step between a Heidelberg SBD and a medium-format 40" die-cutter, such as Bobst. No stripping station, sheets are delivered directly onto the pallet after die-cutting. The delivery features forks for handling small-format pallets.

Guaranteed pressure force is 200 tons.
Stroke of the moving upper platen is 48 mm.
Hardened cutting and chase plates.
This machine has seen little use and is in excellent condition; nevertheless, we have carried out modifications to further enhance ergonomics and reliability.

Available for test runs at our facility, and can be supplied with installation and warranty. The asking price reflects this.

This finishing unit features an exposure section with UV lamps and a fully stainless steel pull-out tray, which enables standard post-exposure processing, including pre-exposure, exposure, washout, and drying, commonly performed with FLEXO unit 3 or 5. Once the standard process is complete, the flexographic plate is usually dry to the touch but remains sticky, requiring additional post-exposure to achieve the desired rigidity. The FINIX 500 eliminates tackiness while imparting the required stiffness, making the plate durable and resistant to abrasion and mechanical stress by exposing it to the appropriate light sources. Exposure is carried out using two types of lamps that emit ultraviolet radiation at different spectra, each exerting a specific effect on the plate. Special germicidal lamps eliminate tackiness, while UV lamps provide complete post-exposure processing, resulting in a tougher plate. The exposure time for each type of lamp can be set independently, allowing for simultaneous or separate exposures with different durations. Each type of lighting is controlled by its own digital controller with a digital display. FINIX is also available as a 120-plate model for sizes up to 35" x 47" (900 x 1200 mm).
