Description:
The Citizen Cincom M16 is a high-precision CNC Swiss-type automatic lathe designed for demanding series production of small and precision parts. With a machining diameter of up to ø16 mm, a machining length of up to 200 mm, and high spindle speeds up to 10,000 rpm, the machine is ideally suited for complex machining tasks. The integrated C-axis on the main and sub spindles allows for precise positioning as well as sophisticated milling and drilling operations.

The machine offers extensive tooling capacity with up to 21 tools and multiple driven tool stations, enabling even complex machining processes to be performed in a single setup. Generous axis travels and precise feed increments of 0.001 mm ensure top manufacturing quality with minimal tolerances.

Scope of delivery includes an LNS Express-220 bar feeder from 2011, which enables automated material loading, significantly increasing productivity and process reliability. A variety of tool holders are also included in the package. The machine is robustly constructed and designed for continuous industrial use—ideal for producing watch, medical, electronics, or automotive components.
