SIPA Blow Molding Machine and Preform Handling
The SIPA SFR 12 blow molding machine, built in 2000, initiates the production process. It manages preforms efficiently with a tipper and an elevator-orienter. Furthermore, the integrated chiller and four mold sets enable precise and flexible production of bottles in different sizes, ensuring smooth operations at the initial production stage.

PROCOMAC Monobloc: The core of the system
The PROCOMAC monobloc unites three key bottling functions in a single system. First, the PROCOMAC GRIPSTAR 2R rinser thoroughly cleans the bottles and prepares them for filling. Afterwards, the PROCOMAC FILLSTAR PET filler rapidly and accurately fills the bottles with natural or carbonated mineral water. Finally, the PROCOMAC 10-head PICK & PLACE capper seals the bottles safely and efficiently.

Additionally, the saturator and the CIP system (Clean-In-Place) guarantee adherence to hygiene standards and make maintenance easier. These additional components not only increase the efficiency of the monobloc, but also ensure dependable performance throughout production.

Conveying and Packaging Systems
The PELACCI P.13.8.5 cap elevator provides the system with a continuous supply of caps without interruptions. Furthermore, the PE ROLLMATIC CI 540 12T labeller precisely applies labels to bottles of various formats. After labelling, the ZAMBELLI LFT 50 shrink wrapper quickly packs the bottles in bundles, while the COMAG H 55/1 handle applicator applies handles to bundles for easier transport.

The LEVATI ARTIS palletizer accurately organizes the bundles onto pallets. The ROBOPAC HELIX HS 30 stretch wrapper securely wraps the load for transport protection. Finally, the EIDOS labelling system prints and applies labels directly in the production line, allowing full customization to meet various production requirements.

Conveyor Belts for Optimal Product Flow
The conveyor belt system ensures efficient material flow throughout all stages of production. Specifically designed air conveyors transport bottles rapidly, while specialized belts transfer bundles and pallets seamlessly between the line’s sections. This ensures a continuous and smooth workflow, significantly reducing production downtime.

Current Condition and Availability
