Description of Z-Measurement Direction Switching:
Switching the measurement direction enables surface probing in 2 directions. This allows internal and external contours to be evaluated relative to each other without loss of measurement reference. This function can be used without restrictions in fully automatic measurement programs. Additional analysis possibilities include e.g.:

- Determining diameters
- Wall thickness measurement
- Parallelism measurement
- Taper angle measurement
