The CORMAK CL series pulsed cleaning lasers are industrial devices designed for fast, precise, and contactless removal of contaminants from metal, non-metal, and wooden surfaces. Depending on the application requirements, three power variants are available – CL200, CL300, and CL500 – based on JPT MOPA pulsed fiber laser sources, ensuring high process stability, a wide range of parameter adjustments, and the ability to work both with delicate components and more demanding surfaces.

CORMAK cleaning lasers effectively remove rust, paint coatings, paints, operational deposits, oxides, oil residues, resins, and other tough contaminants. Adjustable pulse energy, frequency, and pulse duration allow the process to be tailored for precise, selective cleaning of molds, dies, tools, and precision components, as well as for the efficient preparation of larger surfaces for subsequent processes (welding, painting, gluing). The contactless nature of the process minimizes the risk of mechanical damage, microcracks, or substrate deformation.

The use of JPT sources in MOPA mode provides a wide range of pulse frequency and width adjustments, enabling optimal energy density adaptation to the type of contaminant and base material. The long fiber optic cable increases operational freedom for work at greater distances from the main unit, which is especially valued by users working on large structures, production lines, or components mounted onsite (steel structures, molds, facades, machine components). All models operate at a wavelength of 1064 nm, ensuring high efficiency on typical industrial materials – structural steels, stainless steels, aluminum alloys, and many other technical substrates.

CL series devices are air-cooled, do not require the use of process gases or abrasives, simplifying installation, reducing operating costs, and making the cleaning process more environmentally friendly. High scanning speeds and the possibility to adjust beam parameters help reduce processing times compared to traditional methods such as sandblasting, shot blasting, or chemical cleaning, while guaranteeing repeatable effects and a high-quality surface finish after cleaning.
