Years of development by our team have resulted in the creation of the multi-blade metal impeller of the WhirlWind series, which, together with its heavy-duty metal housing, forms the heart of the extraction system.

A vacuum airflow efficiently draws in sawdust generated during the mechanical processing of wood. The robust construction of the unit is enhanced with additional supports at the base, ensuring stable and vibration-free operation.

The whole structure is reinforced with supports of appropriate thickness, maintaining the discharge cylinders and the weight of the waste bags securely in place on the heavy base.

An additional advantage is the use of flexible and durable gaskets at four key points to improve the system's overall tightness. Standard equipment includes canvas (filter and dust) bags and flexible metal clamps that ensure years of trouble-free bag replacement. Rotating, bearing-mounted castors provide easy movement of the unit around the workspace.
