A powerful, large metal band saw with a swiveling arm, enabling cutting perpendicular to the axis of the material as well as at any angle from -45° to the left up to 60° to the right. This band saw is ideal for cutting pipes, profiles, and solid materials.

Product characteristics:

The material to be cut can be fed manually or by any mechanical device, while the feed motion of the tool is automatic. The desired cutting speed – the band feed rate – is controlled via the control panel.

The robust arm is made of profiled cast iron. Power is transmitted from the electric motor to the drive wheel by a maintenance-free worm gear unit. The saw blade is tensioned between two cast iron wheels using a manual tensioner and guided by adjustable carbide ball and sliding guides.

The base is constructed as a rigid welded steel sheet body. Inside, there is a separate coolant tank with an electric pump. The configuration of the top part of the base forms a tray for coolant drainage and chip collection during cutting. The work table, featuring a double-sided swiveling arm from -45° to +60°, is mounted to the cast iron frame base.

The control panel is mounted on a separate arm. In the cutting process, the main cutting movement is the saw band feed. The arm descent (cutting speed) is regulated by a hydraulic cylinder. The feed speed is controlled from the saw’s control panel.

Two band speeds are available: 36 or 72 m/min. After the cut is completed and the arm reaches its lower position, the saw blade drive switches off automatically. Safety is assured by blade guards and micro-switches that stop the motor after the cutting cycle or upon opening any guard. Additional protection automatically shuts off the saw in case of blade breakage.
