Design and Technology

The H400SA dual-column band saw is built on a robust steel frame with a cast iron body, providing maximum rigidity and vibration damping. The saw arm is set at a 3° angle relative to the feed table to facilitate the cutting of profiles and sections.

Precision and Efficiency

Hydraulically controlled arm descent with adjustable cutting force and a precise throttling valve allows the pressure to be tailored to each material type. The hydraulic feeder system with electronic controller enables programming of cut lengths and batch quantities. An LCD screen displays progress, errors, and material end-detection. An automatic stop system reacts to malfunctions or the end of the cutting program.
