The refrigeration compressed air dryer is designed to reduce the temperature of compressed air and remove water and oil particles contained in the airflow. 1. Air-to-Air Heat Exchanger

In the second stage, the compressed air enters the evaporator, where it is cooled down to the dew point temperature of 3°C. This results in the condensation of the water vapor and oil particles present in the air.

3. Condensate Separator

After cooling, the gas and condensate mixture enters an efficient separator, where the condensate is separated and automatically drained outside the device.

4. Fan Operation Control System
