The initial concept for the Q12E16 electric mast stacker was driven by a single goal – to create a work tool that enables loading and unloading goods in confined spaces. That’s why we opted for compact dimensions and a lifting capacity of up to 1,200 kg, allowing seamless operation in areas where other machines have difficulty maneuvering. In addition to these core objectives, the stacker also provides a lifting height of 1,600 mm and two operating modes: fast and “turtle”.

Enhanced rigidity and stability during lifting translate into increased workplace safety and hassle-free transport of difficult loads, made possible by its robust construction using high-quality steel. This results in a longer service life. The emergency stop switch is essential for both operator and machine safety.

No servicing is required during the warranty period, which means our Q12E16 is not only reliable but also cost-effective to operate. All these features contribute to efficient and safe handling operations.

The AGM battery features lower self-discharge than conventional lead-acid batteries, ensuring the Q12E16 is ready to work immediately after charging. Moreover, the AGM battery is sealed, eliminating the risk of acid leaks and making transport and maintenance easier. We chose this battery due to its higher resistance to extreme temperatures, impacts, and vibrations.

The built-in charger allows the battery to be charged anywhere there is access to a mains socket. As a result, the operator can recharge the battery during work breaks or while transporting the unit, ensuring continuous and efficient operation. The LED battery indicator keeps the operator informed about the current battery status, enabling timely charging for uninterrupted work. Additionally, the Q12E16 stacker is equipped with a “belly” emergency stop switch, protecting the operator from hazards such as being run over by the stacker.
