The electric tapping machine is a compact and efficient device for thread cutting, suitable for use in both large manufacturing facilities and small workshops. Thanks to its high-torque servomotor and swiveling head, it enables quick and precise threading operations. Equipped with a coolant system utilizing air blast, the tapping unit ensures optimal visibility of the drilled hole. The tapping arm provides two operational threading modes: automatic and manual, as well as a tightening function.

The electric tapping machine is a versatile threading device applicable in both large production plants and small workshops. Its main advantage is the reduction of tapping cycle times, making the entire process significantly more efficient.

The tapping machine features a simple and compact construction with a swiveling head, increasing its application potential. The unit is powered by a high-torque servomotor, ensuring powerful and reliable performance. For user-friendly operation, the tapping arm is equipped with a touchscreen control panel, with a menu available in Polish. This intuitive panel allows easy programming of tapping parameters such as spindle speed, threading direction, and thread cutting depth.

The standard equipment of the tapping machine includes a micro-lubrication system for continuous cooling with minimal consumption of cooling lubricant. Additionally, the unit is equipped with an air blower for chip removal, ensuring optimal visibility of the drill hole.

The tapping arm is fitted with a quick-change chuck, enabling easy and rapid mounting of taps for both through and blind holes. Furthermore, the machine features a rotating motor assembly, making it possible to cut threads at any angle from 0° to 90°. Compared to manual tapping, this device offers enhanced precision and guarantees perpendicular (90°) threading.

The collets for taps are equipped with overload clutches featuring adjustable torque settings. The clutches are pre-set to standard torque values for each tap size, but these settings can be fine-tuned using the special key included in the set. The machine also includes a large-reach rotating arm, facilitating precise positioning of the tap on the workpiece for effective threading operations. It is designed for tapping threads in various materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals.
