Universal lathe CORMAK 310 x 900 (TU3109V), VARIO version with stepless spindle speed control. Machining parameters: 310 x 900 mm. Features a modern 1.5kW/230V DC motor, equipped with cooling system and digital readout. Recommended for machining hard steels, internal and external turning, taper turning, polishing, metric/inch threading, drilling, and broaching. Semi-professional model suitable for single-piece and small-batch production. Machine version supplied with base.

The CORMAK 310 x 900 (TU3109V) 230V universal lathe, thanks to its smooth spindle speed adjustment, is ergonomic and meets user requirements. Reduced setup time for machining parts of various sizes translates into increased efficiency and ease of operation.

VARIO version – electronic, stepless spindle speed control via DC motor and voltage regulator. This ensures optimal rotational accuracy of the lathe chuck for improved machining quality.

The advanced DC motor with stepless speed adjustment provides user convenience and reduces setup time. The drive is smooth and efficient, with excellent spindle speed and torque adjustment characteristics.

LCD display with spindle speed readout enables monitoring and quick modifications of spindle speed during setup of cutting and threading modes.

Two spindle speed ranges: reduced (80-1000 RPM) for machining hard steels, and increased (160-2000 RPM) for precision high-speed turning.

Easy spindle speed and automatic feed adjustment via the ergonomic gearbox control panel.

Bed with induction-hardened, ground steel guideways. Proper bed width of 180 mm provides stable and precise operating conditions.

Wide thread cutting range (right- and left-hand threads): metric (18) 0.2-3.5 mm, imperial (18) 8-48 TPI.

Automatic longitudinal feed 0.085 – 1.832 (9) mm/rev and cross feed 0.010-0.100 (9) mm/rev—reducing machining time and improving quality when turning long parts.

38 mm spindle bore ensures optimal performance and allows machining of large-diameter shafts.

Tool carriage with graduated scale, swiveling ±45°, and tailstock with ±10 mm offset for taper turning.

Hardened and ground gears in headstock gearbox.

Lead screw and feed shaft for thread turning and automatic longitudinal/cross feed.
