The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj County, VAT no. RO27987796, registration no.: 2A0522, through the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian, acting as judicial liquidator of the company ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, headquartered in Dej, str. Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj County, registered at the Trade Register of the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed by Civil Decision no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 rendered by the Cluj Specialized Tribunal in case no. 442/1285/2025,

organizes a public auction with ascending bid, for the individual sale of the asset identified in this announcement.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00 at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. office in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj County. In the event the asset is not sold, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

To view the asset, the judicial liquidator will schedule a viewing day on 04.02.2026, between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate prior to the scheduled date.

In case of a successful bid, the judicial liquidator will issue the tax invoice for the value of the adjudicated asset(s). The conversion of the price into RON will be made at the date of the tax invoice issuance, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania on that date.
The auction increment is 5% of the starting price.

The terms of reference for participation in the auction will be drawn up by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practice, will include the auction rules, and will be sold by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 RON + VAT for assets up to 5,000 euros and 1,000 RON + VAT for assets over 5,000 euros. The documentation can be purchased from the liquidator's office or by phone, to be sent to the participant via e-mail.

The participation guarantee will be 10% of the starting price. This together with the auction registration documents must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the liquidator's office. The auction guarantee will be deducted from the price of the asset(s) awarded to the winning bidder and will be refunded to those who are not declared winners.

In the case of equal bids, the successful bidder will be the person who commits to pay the full price in the shortest period of time.

The payment deadline for the price is five (5) working days from the moment of adjudication. If payment is not completed for the remaining amount, the winning bidder will forfeit the deposit paid as a guarantee and will not be allowed to participate in future auctions organized.
