This machine enables calibration, preliminary planing, and precise surface finishing of panels and worktops. The dual sanding units allow for efficient stock removal and final surface finishing.

• Automatic ABB IRB 760 (2024) robot loading station
A modern, high-performance robotic cell ensuring precise and fast feeding of parts into the sander.

• Automatic unloading and palletizing station – ABB IRB 760 (2024) robot
A fully automated solution for collecting finished components and stacking them on pallets, significantly improving production logistics.

• Conveyor with 180-degree panel and worktop flipping mechanism (2024)
Enables automatic flipping of elements during processing, allowing both sides to be worked without operator intervention.

• Top/bottom edge milling units integrated with the wide-belt sander
An integrated solution enables simultaneous surface and edge machining, reducing cycle time and increasing the overall line efficiency.
