General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 200 / 70 ton column-type hydraulic deep drawing press is a high-rigidity, four-column hydraulic press solution designed for metal forming, deep drawing, and precision pressing applications.

The body is constructed from St52 grade steel and undergoes stress relief through vibration. This guarantees high parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances during prolonged operation. The ram and cushion systems operate independently; stroke and pressure settings can be precisely adjusted via the touchscreen panel.

Equipped with REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, IE3 class motor, and PLC-controlled architecture, it ensures high efficiency and reliable operation. The automatic lubrication system and electronic filter contamination alerts minimize the need for maintenance.
