General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses have been developed with a double-acting working principle to ensure controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. Thanks to the 8-guideway H-frame structure, maximum rigidity is achieved throughout the pressing process; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are maintained consistently during the entire stroke.

The CHSP 100/40 model, with a main ram capacity of 100 tons and a lower cushion (pot) capacity of 40 tons, is designed for precise deep drawing and spinning operations. The frame structure is stress-relieved by vibration to ensure long-lasting and reliable operation.
