General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic forming presses are engineered for heavy-duty deep drawing applications that require very high tonnage, large table dimensions, and controlled blank holder force. Thanks to its 8-slideway H-frame design, both ram and table movements offer high rigidity throughout the pressing cycle, maintaining parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances consistently over the entire stroke.

The CHSP 2000/600 model delivers high control and repeatability in large-scale tooling, deep drawing, and forming operations, featuring a main ram capacity of 2000 tons and a blank holder force of 600 tons. Its stress-relieved steel construction body (using vibration methods) is designed for long-lasting and reliable performance under heavy industrial conditions.
