General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a double-acting operation principle to ensure precise material flow control during sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. Its 8-guide H-frame construction provides maximum rigidity during the pressing process, maintaining stable parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances throughout the stroke.

The CHSP 250/80 model, with a 250-ton main ram and an 80-ton cushion ram (blankholder) capacity, is designed for medium-to-high tonnage deep drawing and spinning operations. The frame is stress-relieved by vibration to ensure durable and reliable performance.
