General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are developed with a double-acting operational principle to ensure controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. The H-frame structure with 8 guideways provides maximum rigidity during pressing; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are stably maintained throughout the entire stroke.

The CHSP 300/100 model, with a 300-ton main ram and a 100-ton blankholder (pot) capacity, is designed for deep drawing and spinning operations requiring high tonnage. The frame construction is stress-relieved via vibration to ensure long-lasting and reliable operation.
