General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are developed with a double-acting operating principle to ensure controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. Thanks to its 8-gib H-frame structure, maximum rigidity is achieved during the pressing operation, and the parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are consistently maintained throughout the long stroke.

The CHSP 500/175 model, featuring a 500-ton main ram and a 175-ton blankholder ram (cushion) capacity, is designed to provide full control over the die and workpiece in high-tonnage deep drawing and spinning operations. The frame construction is stress-relieved by vibration, ensuring long life and dependable operation.
