APPLICATIONS
The S-Series granulators are primarily used as large central granulators in in-house recycling applications for processing large, thick-walled parts in a single stage, or as a secondary granulator downstream from a shredder to achieve higher output rates.

The high-performance mills of the S-Series are available in widths from 600 to 1000 mm, with a rotor diameter of 400 or 560 mm. The fully-welded heavy-duty steel construction is designed for maximum durability and to withstand the most demanding and universal applications. The rotor bearings, knife holders, and rotor shaft are oversized. The standard V-cut design ensures high-quality regrind material with a very low percentage of fines in the output. The removable third stator knife (optional) acts as a deflector wedge and allows for rapid adjustment of the machine to accommodate different application scenarios. Additional standard features include easily adjustable knives from the outside, reducing the risk of contamination.
