Complete in standard version with:
- Sturdy, torsion-free steel frame, constructed with a combination of welded and bolted joints
- SIDE press beam with continuous pressure surface and 25 mm thick, coated support plate
- Counterpressure surface (side pressure wall, base) consists of 25 mm thick, coated, continuous support plates
- Electromechanical adjustment of the press beam via precision trapezoidal-thread spindles (with enhanced pitch and concentricity accuracy) and heavy-duty running nuts with grease reservoir
- Pressing is performed electromotively via worm gear motor (0.75 kW)
- The pressing force of the press beam is continuously adjustable electronically via potentiometer and controlled by frequency inverter, which ensures completely wear-free press force regulation
- Pressing force for vertical press beam min. 300 daN (kg) up to infinitely adjustable max. 2200 daN (kg)
- Pressing and adjustment speed of the press beams with fine positioning, selectable via 3-step switch 5 / 10 / 25 mm/second
- Jog mode for precise positioning of the press beam, e.g., for low pressing forces such as drawer assembly
- Simplified operation via 2 separate pushbuttons; 2 movement cycles (open/close) can be selected via control system
- Freely adjustable pressing time preselection 0–30 min (switchable to seconds or hours) with individually programmable opening dimensions of both press beams
- Re-pressing function to increase or decrease the pressing force during the pressing process
