Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj County, VAT ID RO27987796, registration number: 2A0522, through the insolvency practitioner Mr. Godorogea Daniel-Lucian, in his capacity as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. - in bankruptcy, with registered office in Dej, str. Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Trade Register Office attached to the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed pursuant to Civil Ruling no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 rendered by the Specialized Tribunal of Cluj in case file no. 442/1285/2025,

organizes a public auction with ascending prices for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj County. In the event the asset is not adjudicated, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, and 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset viewing, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 04.02.2026, between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intent to participate prior to the scheduled date.

Following adjudication, the judicial liquidator will issue the fiscal invoice for the value of the adjudicated assets. The price conversion into RON will be carried out on the date of invoice issuance, using the exchange rate of the National Bank of Romania (BNR) for that date.

The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The terms of reference for auction participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practice; it will include the auction participation rules and will be provided by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 RON + VAT. This may be purchased at the liquidator’s office or, upon phone request, will be transmitted to the participant via email.

The auction participation guarantee amounts to 10% of the starting price. This, together with the registration documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction at the judicial liquidator’s office. The guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets for which the participant is declared the successful bidder and will be refunded to those who are not declared winners.

In case of equal offered prices, the successful bidder will be the person who commits to pay the full amount in the shortest term.

The payment deadline is 5 working days from the adjudication date. If the remaining price is not paid, the successful bidder will forfeit the advance paid as a guarantee and will not be allowed to participate in future auctions organized by the liquidator.
