We have been manufacturing pneumatic conveyors for over 20 years, designed for the transport of bulk materials such as seeds, grain, peas, maize, as well as for conveying wood pellets, sawdust, plastic granulate, sand, abrasive powders (including corundum), and loose steel reinforcement for concrete mixers or batching plant halls.

The system can also be used for aerating various materials, including hay, cereals, herbs, and more.
It is ideal for blowing fresh air into production halls, poultry houses, and barns, as well as for extracting smoke, dust, and harmful welding gases.
Flexible hoses can be used with the system.

High-performance blower equipped with a 5.5 kW/400V motor. The robust, sectional design is manufactured from high-grade steel; pipes and bends are made from 3.6 mm thick steel, enabling the reliable transport of even the most challenging materials while ensuring long service life. We can also supply light or heavy-duty flexible hoses for conveying the aforementioned materials. The unit handles long-distance transport with ease (distance depends on material type). The high efficiency of the blower allows horizontal and vertical conveying. We have extensive production experience.
On request, we can deliver some or all components in STAINLESS STEEL (including pipes) or galvanised versions.

Our production process is based on the Kaizen method.

Kaizen, meaning "change for the better" in Japanese ("kai" = change, "zen" = better), is a management philosophy and approach focused on continuous improvement of processes and business operations.

In the standard version, we supply the blower with a flange outlet for connecting various types of pipes. We manufacture steel pipes and bends (3.6 mm wall thickness).

Impeller speed: 2800 rpm (OPTION – with wide-range electronic speed reduction control; these are available from stock). Using three-phase motor controllers provides many benefits, including energy savings, precise torque adjustment, and efficiency improvement of the entire system. Additionally, it minimises energy losses, further increasing production efficiency. Our blowers are highly efficient.

The machine consists of easily replaceable segments (assembled by M8 bolts), which we always have in stock. This modularity ensures versatile applications.

Individual modules are also sold separately (e.g., blower only). We can customise the design to specific customer requirements.

The blower is easy to transport – one person can move it without difficulty. It can be transported easily by car, van, or trailer. Simple to install and easy to operate. We also manufacture additional wheels to facilitate mobility (two types available).
