We have been manufacturing pneumatic conveyors for over 20 years for handling bulk materials such as seeds, grain, peas, corn, as well as the transfer of wood granules like pellets, sawdust, plastic granulate, sand, abrasive powders—even corundum—and steel fibers for shotcrete in concrete mixers or batching plants.

They can also be used for aeration of various materials, including hay, cereals, herbs, and more.

Excellent for supplying fresh air to production halls, poultry houses, and barns. Can also be used for extracting smoke, dust, and harmful welding gases. Flexible hose connections are possible.

High-performance blower with 5.5 kW/400V motor, robust sectional construction from high-grade steel; pipes and bends are made from 3.6 mm thick steel, allowing for the transport of even the most difficult materials while ensuring durability. We can also provide both light and heavy-duty flexible hoses for conveying the above materials. Easily transports such materials even over long distances (distance depends on the type of material). The high capacity of the blower enables horizontal and upward conveying as well. With years of experience in this sector, we ensure top manufacturing standards.

On request, we offer partial or complete versions in STAINLESS STEEL (including pipes) or galvanized finish.

The basic version is sold as a standalone blower with a flanged outlet for connection of various pipes. We manufacture pipes and bends from 3.6 mm thick steel.

Impeller speed: 2800 RPM. (OPTIONAL: with electronic variable frequency drive for wide adjustment range—available from stock.) Variable speed drives for three-phase motors provide energy savings, precise torque control, and increased overall efficiency, further reducing energy loss and increasing productivity. Our blower is high-efficiency.

The machine is made up of easily replaceable segments (fastened with M8 bolts), which we keep in stock, offering high versatility and adaptability for different applications.

Individual modules can also be sold separately (e.g., blower only). We can customize the design according to customer requirements.

The blower is easy to transport (one person can move it easily), possible to carry even in a small car, van, or trailer, quick to assemble and simple to operate. Optional additional mobility wheels available (two types).
