Complete production line for sale based on Di Più BRIK MB100 briquetting press (complete production line).

General overhauled machine DI PIU BRIK MB100 (factory-refurbished in 2025), ready for immediate operation. The machine is designed for high-capacity briquetting and is suitable for demanding industrial applications.

The machine has approximately 2,000 operating hours. The unit was recently overhauled at the Di Piu factory, where all vital parts, cables, wiring, and necessary electrical components were replaced. As a result, the machine is as good as new and comes with a 6-month factory warranty from Di Piu.

The machine can produce briquettes with or without a hole, 90mm to 110mm in diameter, from softwood or hardwood, round or square.
Inspection is possible at the Di Più factory in Italy: Di Più Systems Srl, Via dell’Innovazione 11, 36042 Breganze (VI), Italy.

The Di Più BRIK MB100 mechanical briquetting press is an automatic machine for compressing wood, sawdust, and other waste materials into wood briquettes.

Ideal input material moisture content: 8% – 12%, particle size: 1 mm – 12 mm.

The machine is equipped with all necessary accessories for full operation and integration into a briquetting line: ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT – MB100:
- Dosing silo: Heavy-duty steel construction. Diameter: 1,500 mm, height: 1,000 mm. Equipped with rotary cutter with 2.2 kW geared motor, mounted on robust steel frame. Material feeding controlled by level sensor.
- Post-extrusion briquette cooling line, total length 20 meters
- Automatic briquette saw
- The saw automatically cuts the briquettes to lengths preset by the operator.
- Device for producing briquettes with a hole
- Head-cooling system with ice water
- The system produces 50 liters/minute of ice water for efficient briquetting head cooling.
- Air-cooled water chiller with hermetic scroll compressors, microprocessor control, and large energy storage tank holding the immersed water-coolant heat exchanger.
- The heat exchanger is a high-efficiency “fin-pack” type, made from copper pipes and aluminum fins.
- Water tank capacity: 800 liters
- Water supply pump (50 l/min – 20 mWc – 0.55 kW) with three-way DN25 valves for adjusting coolant temperature in the briquetting head.
- Digital electronic temperature controller with NTC sensor (probe d.6 × 52 mm, IP68, AISI 316).
