With a working radius of 1000 mm, the CR16AS is ideal for heavy-duty picking, packaging, palletizing, and welding tasks in the automotive, home appliance, logistics, and metal processing industries.
User-friendly Design for Faster Deployment
The CR16AS utilizes the industry’s first dual-channel end-effector design, allowing direct connection of multiple end tools. It also features a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive recognition of the operating state.

The CR16AS offers a working radius of 1000 mm and a maximum payload of 16 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR16AS operates more smoothly and exhibits 50% less residual vibration during emergency braking compared to conventional models.
24 Interface Ports for Greater Flexibility
The CR16AS supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and can be seamlessly integrated with PLCs. It features 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN wiring, enabling easy expansion of applications.
High Protection Level for Safe Collaboration.
The robot housing and control unit are rated to IP54 for superior ingress protection. In the event of overload, the robot triggers an automatic alarm. The CR16AS also incorporates an innovative electromagnetic brake safety system, reducing the drop height of the end effector in the event of power failure.
