This system is suitable for pelletizing plastic melts and is particularly designed for applications in PE, PP, and PS. However, other plastics can also be pelletized very effectively with this equipment.

The WG400 water ring pelletizer is engineered for reliable and continuous operation, enabling the production of uniform plastic pellets. The water ring process ensures a clean and efficient pelletizing procedure.

The system is configured for a throughput of approximately 600 kg/h, but higher throughputs can be achieved by optimizing the parameters at the control cabinet.
