Induction furnace for heating steel with dimensions up to 550mm in length, 100mm in width, and 20mm in thickness. The furnace is connected to a feeder for small bars with dimensions from 10x10mm to 22x22mm and up to 300mm in length. The loading feeder sorts the workpieces and automatically loads the inductor with subsequent units for heating. Very high efficiency. For small components, heated items up to 1100°C can be processed every 6 seconds. The furnace comes with two inductors for heating materials up to 20mm and up to 16mm thick. Modification of the furnace to suit individual requirements is possible. The cost of changing the inductor for other sizes is approximately 3,000 EUR. The machine is highly versatile regarding the sizes of products to be heated.
