Our universal lathes and continuously variable speed lathes from the PREMIUM CU series offer a wide range of features and accessories for customers across various industries.

The PREMIUM CU series allows precise adjustment of cutting speed according to material type and turning diameter — a significant advantage when working with non-ferrous metals, plastics, and whenever a high-quality surface finish is essential for precision parts and fits.

A particularly interesting feature is the R/L control units mounted on the tool slide, which enable easy selection of clockwise or counterclockwise spindle rotation. These units replace the shift rods commonly found on universal lathes.

Efficient handling is ensured by electromechanical spindle brakes that provide ultra-fast spindle stopping. The leadscrews are equipped with overload protection.
