Application of manufacturing processes:
Turning processes, such as external longitudinal turning, internal and external face turning, and profile machining. Grooving operations both internal and external. Drilling, including short-hole and deep-hole drilling. Milling operations, such as face, corner, profile, and T-slot milling. Thread cutting. Also suitable for roughing and end machining.

The machine bed, engineered as a welded construction, absorbs extreme cutting forces. The table is made from high-strength Meehanite cast iron. To withstand heavy loads, the part weight is supported by two high-precision tapered roller bearings. In addition, the table is equipped with hydrodynamic workpiece support.
