S4V type screw – thermally improved, chrome-plated, with armoured edges, increased corrosion and wear resistance.

Special G11.3 screw geometry optimized for process efficiency.
R12 check valve (multi-ball, recommended for PC, PMMA, ABS).

Clamping Unit (Clamping System)

Hydromechanical two-platen clamping system.
Four short-stroke high-pressure cylinders on the nozzle side.
Four tie-bar tensioners on the ejector side.
Two fast-movement cylinders mounted diagonally to the clamping system.

Mould opening stroke dependent on tool height (dynamic stroke adjustment).
Moving platen guided on machine frame – ensuring rigidity and parallelism of platens.

ENGEL Viper 40 Robot

Integrated cartesian robot, operated from CC200/RC200 controller.

Three servo-driven axes: X = 700 mm (extendable to 900 mm), Y = 1,000 mm (tandem up to 1,900 mm), Z = 1,880 mm (extended to 5,720 mm).

Payload up to 17 kg, accuracy ±0.05 mm.

C-axis: 0–90° rotary gripper, pneumatically driven.

B-axis: head rotation around lifting axis (Y), servo driven, range +90° / –180°.
