Drive and Hydraulic System
The machine is equipped with a powerful electric motor coupled to a high-pressure hydraulic pump group. The electric motor continuously drives the hydraulic pump, ensuring constant supply of pressurized oil throughout the entire system. This pressurized oil supplies the clamping cylinder, the injection pistons of both injection units, as well as the ejector system. The thick red hydraulic hoses behind injection unit B transport the high-pressure oil flow — both injection units are supplied via independent hydraulic circuits, allowing injection unit A and injection unit B to operate simultaneously and without mutual interference.

Operating Principle

Both independent injection units are arranged at a 90° angle to each other — in an L-shape configuration. The mould is locked with 300 tons of force. Injection unit A injects the main material into the mould at 1834 bar. Immediately after, injection unit B injects the second material or second colour into the same mould from a 90° angle at 1620 bar. Both materials bond at a molecular level within the mould; once cooling is completed, the ejectors release the finished 2K component. Gluing, screwing, or assembly is not required — two materials are combined in a single cycle to form one component.
