The pressure dewatering unit has been specifically developed to efficiently remove excess liquid from preserved vegetables as well as pickled or thawed vegetables. The machine is easy to operate and can be managed by a single person.

The product to be dewatered, such as canned mushrooms, pickled, or thawed vegetables, is placed in the perforated container. After starting the system, a plate is lowered onto the product. By applying evenly distributed pressure via this plate, the product is gently dewatered.

Efficient dewatering and minimal space requirement!

Streamlined and accelerated processing of pickled, thawed, or preserved vegetables, as extended draining times are replaced by efficient dewatering through gentle pressing of the products. The machine has a compact design, requiring little space, and can therefore be easily integrated into various areas of production.
