Description:
The BPT 1000 dual-motor continuous trough vibratory finishing machine from ERBA is ideal for ball polishing or processing heavy workpieces. Its two motors are capable of agitating even particularly heavy grinding media, ensuring the necessary pressure on the workpieces.
It is equipped with a durable, hot-cast polyurethane lining. Discharge and separation are effected via bottom discharge (manual/pneumatic). Optional partition walls can be inserted to subdivide the work container into sections, allowing single-piece processing. The machine features an electrical control cabinet and can be optionally equipped with fully automatic PLC process control. Motor speed can be continuously regulated via a frequency inverter (optional).
