This compact all-round machine allows you to increase your productivity. The HGD model hydraulic swing beam shear supports you with precise, fast, and cost-effective cutting in your daily workflow. Hydraulic hold-downs for securing the sheet and a support table with integrated ball rollers ensure ergonomic and efficient operation for your operator. The CNC control allows for the use of various sheet types, which are already stored in the material library. After selecting the maximum thickness, the optimal blade gap is set automatically via the CNC electro-hydraulic control, but it can also be adjusted manually. The position and retract function of the motorized backgauge can be conveniently set via touchscreen. Furthermore, the controller offers memory for cutting programs with cutting sequences.
