Thanks to the hydraulic hold-downs that securely clamp the sheet and the support table with integrated ball transfer units, ergonomic and efficient cutting is guaranteed for your operator. The CNC controller enables the use of different sheet materials, all of which are already stored in the material library. After selecting maximum thickness and material type, the optimum blade gap and cutting angle are automatically adjusted via the CNC-controlled electro-hydraulic system, but can also be set manually if required. The position and retraction function of the motorised back gauge can be easily set via touchscreen. In addition, the controller offers memory for cutting programs with cutting sequences.
