The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine available in a range of bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide selection of pressing forces from 40–400 tons to meet your specific needs. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be extended as a tandem machine, providing you with significant flexibility in terms of bending length. It features numerous functions to ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, in combination with precise CNC control, ensures long-lasting, reliable performance. In addition, the machine offers a variety of upgrade and configuration options to tailor it to your requirements. The DELEM DA CNC graphical control system allows convenient operation via touchscreen and comes with a comprehensive safety package. The machine is operated easily via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swivel arm. Bending processes are initiated by actuating a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. The CNC control of the press brake automatically calculates press force, bending tolerance, crowning setting, coining force, and tool safety zones.
