The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of pressing forces from 40 to 400 tons to meet your specific requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be expanded as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous functions that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design in combination with precise CNC control guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Additionally, the machine offers a variety of expansion and equipment options to individually tailor it to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic control enables convenient operation via touchscreen and provides a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily controlled through an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are started by actuating a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the work area and a rear light curtain. The press brake’s CNC control automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning settings, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
