The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of pressing forces from 40 to 400 tons to meet your specific requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be extended as a tandem machine, giving you great flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous options that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. In addition, the machine offers a wide range of options and equipment possibilities to adapt it to your individual needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical controller allows for convenient operation using touchscreens and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine is easily operated via an LCD touch screen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are initiated by actuating a foot pedal. In addition to this safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. The CNC control of the press brake automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning settings, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
