The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths ranging from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide selection of press forces from 40-1,500 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, providing you with maximum flexibility in bending lengths. It is equipped with numerous features to ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. In addition, the machine offers a wide range of expansion and equipment options to tailor it to your specific needs. The DELEM DA graphical CNC control enables convenient operation via touchscreens and comes with a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily operated via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are initiated by a foot switch. As an additional safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear safety light barrier. The CNC control automatically calculates press force, bending tolerance, crowning settings, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
