1 complete granulation line, cutter-compactor/extruder combination, tangential design, operated only in single-shift mode since 2021 with production waste, e.g., DPE regrind/aluminum (pipe material)

The plant consists of:

- Hydraulic roll cutter, 140 cm width for roll diameters up to 60 cm, 18.5 kW drive
- Erema conveyor belt with metal detector bridge, 900 cm x 110 cm, with timer
- Wagner WS30 shredder, 30 kW, rotor width 140 cm with hydraulic pusher, rotor with 74 reversible cutting crowns, discharge and inclined conveyor screw

- Roll feed for heavy rolls with longitudinal cutting unit to relieve the mill, frequency-controlled 3.5 kW drive
- Cutting mill 11 kW, connected downstream for parallel operation with shredder/roll feed, extraction/conveying blower to buffer silo with agitator, frequency-controlled for discharge rate/dust coverage
- Feed screw for ground materials

- Conveyor belt L 9 m x W 80 cm, metal detector bridge, frequency-regulated via load intake from the cutter-compactor

- Conveyor screw for 100% ground materials, stainless steel, L 4.5 m and 100 mm diameter

- Cutter-compactor 138 kW, frequency-controlled, extraction blower, water spray cooling, tangentially connected to
- Extruder ES 180 mm, 30 L/D with double vacuum degassing, incl.:

- Laser filter LF, 500 mm diameter, 2-disc system, discharge screw for contaminants with timer, melt pressure sensor, replacement screens: 2x 60 mesh, 2x 70 mesh

- Strand die with 26 holes – interchangeable dies, year of manufacture 2021, melt pressure sensor, complete overhaul/replacement of wearing parts scheduled for January 2026
- Strand cooling water tank, L 700 cm x W 70 cm, stainless steel. Strand rollers made of plastic with stainless steel ball bearings, height-adjustable, year of manufacture 2023
- Strand pelletizer SG 200 E with 7.5 kW, plus 1x spare pelletizer 5.5 kW for quick changeover during maintenance or cleaning
- Pellet classifier sieve, stainless steel incl. blower and piping

- BIG BAG filling frame, 2 stations with stairway and platform
- BIG BAG floor scale with receipt printer

Throughput depending on material, up to 900 kg/h
Start-up and commissioning by our technicians, details and costs upon request – subject to agreement
Plant inspection in Wuppertal, appointments available at short notice by arrangement
