Deskripsi

The WELDEX FT series of filtration towers has been specifically designed for the efficient removal of welding fumes in manufacturing facilities. These units are primarily intended for extraction of contaminated air during welding of large or complex metal components where source capture is impractical. Fine particulate matter is separated by M-class filter cartridges, which are cleaned automatically during operation by means of pulsed compressed air (pulse-jet cleaning).

The WELDEX FT filtration tower is positioned in the center of the work area. Fume-laden ambient air is drawn in through the top of the unit from all around, purified, and then draught-free air is returned to the hall via two side outlets. A three-section collection drawer gathers separated contaminants from the pre-separator and filter chambers.
