Exile SPYDER II DTS 30

We are offering this used Exile SPYDER II DTS 30 machine for CTS (computer-to-screen) stencil preparation for screen printing.

THE MACHINE WAS RECENTLY SERVICED AND COMPLETELY REFURBISHED BY THE MANUFACTURER IN 04/2026:
- NEW PRINTHEAD
- HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE UPDATE (including a new board for printhead control)
- REPLACEMENT OF MINOR COMPONENTS (including vacuum regulator)

Despite its 2021 year of manufacture, this SPYDER II has the most up-to-date technology for all critical components and consistently delivers excellent and precise results. The print quality has further improved significantly since this upgrade. In textile screen printing, it exposes up to 60 LPI halftone dots, and the machine also handles finer test files with ease.

The reason for considering selling the machine at this time is our switch to a laser-to-screen device.
