Exile SPYDER II DTS 30

We offer this used Exile SPYDER II DTS 30 machine for CTS (Computer-to-Screen) stencil production in screen printing.

THE MACHINE WAS RECENTLY SERVICED AND FUNDAMENTALLY REFURBISHED BY THE MANUFACTURER IN 04/2026:
- NEW PRINT HEAD
- HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE UPGRADE (including a new board to control the print head)
- REPLACEMENT OF MINOR COMPONENTS (such as vacuum regulator)

Despite being manufactured in 2021, this SPYDER II is technically up to date with respect to all major components and accordingly delivers excellent and precise results. The print quality has further improved significantly since this upgrade. In textile screen printing, we expose up to 60 LPI halftone screens with this unit, but the machine is also capable of printing finer test files.

The reason we are considering selling the machine at this time is that we are switching to a laser-to-screen system.
