RO27987796, registration number: 2A0522, represented by the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. - in bankruptcy (in faliment, in bankruptcy, en faillite), registered office: Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj county, registered with the Trade Register of the Cluj Court under no. J12/2389/2016, company registration code 36225390, appointed pursuant to Civil Decision no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 issued by the Cluj Specialised Court in case no. 442/1285/2025,
is organizing a public ascending-bid auction for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00 at the premises of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj county. In case the asset is not sold, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same terms and at the same time.
For viewing the assets, the judicial liquidator will set an inspection day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00 and 14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the liquidator and express their intention to participate prior to the scheduled date.
Upon awarding, the judicial liquidator will issue the fiscal invoice for the value of the awarded goods. The conversion of the price into RON will be made on the date the fiscal invoice is issued, using the exchange rate established by the National Bank of Romania at that date.
The auction increment is 5% of the starting price.
The auction documentation, required for participation, will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with standard practices and will include the auction participation rules. The documentation will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 RON + VAT. It can be purchased at the liquidator’s office or ordered by phone, in which case it will be sent by email.
The bidding guarantee is set at 10% of the starting price. This, together with the registration documents for the auction, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction at the office of the judicial liquidator. The bidding guarantee shall be deducted from the price for the awarded goods and refunded to participants who are not declared winners.
In the event of equal bids, the asset will be awarded to the person who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest term.
The payment term is 5 working days from the awarding. If the remaining price is not paid, the winner will forfeit the guarantee and will no longer be allowed to participate in subsequent auctions.
